Le chimiste vous propose de d\u00e9couvrir un par un la saveur des ions, pour apprendre \u00e0 mieux diff\u00e9rencier les eaux.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s quelques explications sur la provenance des eaux min\u00e9rale et de source, nous proposons de d\u00e9guster un \u00e0 un les principaux ions (sodium Na<sup>+<\/sup>, potassium K<sup>+<\/sup>, calcium Ca<sup>2+<\/sup>, magn\u00e9sium Mg<sup>2+<\/sup>, hydrog\u00e9nocarbonate HCO<sub>3<\/sub><sup>\u2013<\/sup>) que l\u2019on rencontre dans ces eaux. Chacun a une saveur reconnaissable et certains ions peuvent m\u00eame modifier le go\u00fbt d\u2019autres\u2026 nous parlerons aussi des eaux naturelles gazeuses (CO<sub>2<\/sub>).
